-Follow-up inspection to September 29, 2021. -Chemical dishwasher was serviced and the pump was adjusted. Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surfaces. -Cooler units have been reorganized and eggs were stored below ready-to-eat foods. -Did not observe any foods stored in opened metal cans at the time of inspection. -General food storage practices improved. -Areas affected by rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control serviced as needed. -Chemical spray bottles have been labelled. Ensure to relabel bottles as the labels fade off. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
