General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
> switch to proper paper towels for the dispenser
- sanitizer in spray bottle 100ppm chlorine
- three compartment sink not set up at time of inspection
- ramen mostly sold frozen, some portion is sold at refrigerated temperatures
- when making large orders of ramen noodles for customers, ensure that noodles are refrigerated or picked up within 2 hours
- continue monitoring for pests

- sliding glass door cooler not in use - flour bags in cooler for storage to protect from pests
- large white fridge/freezer: 4C/-18C
