Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk stored in cooler with ambient temperature measuring 7-8C. Milk probed at 5.6C. Milk and other diary products moved to other working cooler.

Observation: 1. Lots of garbage and debris observed underneath shelfing and self serve coffee table.
2. Syrup and other debris observed underneath softdrink syrup boxes at the back.
Corrective Action(s): Please pull out table and other equipment and clean underneath. Do not sweep garbage into and under the shelving/tables/equipment.

Observation: Ambient temperature measure 7-8C for a cooler holding milk products. 4L milk probed, measure 5.6C internal temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Please have technician service cooler and to not store potentially hazardous food/beverage in this cooler for time being. Cooler must maintain 4C and below.

- All coolers measure 4C and below, except for cooler mentioned above.
>>> Please ensure food is not overstocked and blocking vents in the display coolers.
- All freezers measure -18C and below
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- All hot holding measure 60C and above
- QUAT sanitizer measure 200ppm at spray bottle and dispenser.
- Staff states that they have FOODSAFE, however old certificate was located.
>>> Please ensure certificate is renewed, once renewed new certificate will be issued. Please have new certificates on-site.
- No signs of pests at time of inspection, pest control company routinely comes and checks, newest pest report reviewed, no activities found
>>> Please note that the back storage room is very cluttered and many items are stored on the floor, please declutter as pests can be hiding in the back
- Store shelving appears to be well maintained but lots of stock just sitting in boxes in the aisles. Please stock them on shelves or in storage as it is preventing proper cleaning.
