Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza by the slice sitting out at room temperature, warming trays not turned on. No timer or log being kept for 2 hours at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff are aware of corporate policy and either pizza is displayed above 60C or a timer is used to ensure pizza is out for only 2 hrs then discarded with a log of this action being taken.
Pizza has been discarded at time of inspection as it has been more than 2 hrs.

Observation: Hand sink at front counter as well as the hand sink at the far back do not have soap. Staff unsure how to change container.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand sinks are always equipped with soap and paper towels at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed using gloves rather than washing hands when changed tasks.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are aware that proper handwashing is important, gloves are not a subsitute for hand washing. If gloves are to be used, they are to be put on after properly washing hands with soap and water.
