Reinspection based on previous Inspection Report.
- Meat Slicer cleaning and sanitization discussed. Ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed and sanitized after use. All items are to be stored in a sanitary manner.
- Sanitation: Improved. Facility is to be kept clean and organized. All items are to be stored in designated areas.
- Garbage, Recycling, Compost Storage: All items are to be stored in covered bins. Facility is to be kept clean and organized. Door sweep adjustments discussed in order to prevent rodent entry.
- Prep Line not functioning properly. Currently not being used. Maintain at or below 4 C prior to any perishable food storage.
