- Coolers were 4 C or colder - Freezers were -16 C or colder - Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold - Wiping rags were in 200 ppm chlorine - Quats was 200 ppm, make sure to run the dispenser for a couple seconds before filling - Dishwasher had a final rinse of 75 C at the plate - No signs of pest activity noted during inspction - General sanitation is excellent.
