Remove these scoops. Store all food scoops outside of their respective containers to avoid potential contamination.

General comments:
-Handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-All coolers (walk in, prep, display) < 4C.
-Walk-in freezer < -18C.
-Hot holding units > 60C.
-High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 71.1C at the plate level.
-Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
-200ppm Quat sanitizer available in spray bottles.
-No signs of pests observed during inspection.
