Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (High temperature dishwasher reached 69.9C at plate after three tries. )
Comments

High temperature dishwasher repaired and was able to sanitize at 72.3C at plate. Thermolabel provided.
*Please provide service report by e-mail.
*Recommend obtaining thermo-labels and/or thermometer to test dishwasher daily. FHA manual warewashing diagram provided to staff for reference.
If thermometer is obtained, it needs to be NSF approved and equipped with max/min mode and is waterproof.
Sandwich cooler also serviced. Tomatoes probed were measured at 3.9C. All toppings were covered at time of inspection.
Service report reviewed - condenser cleaned.
Handsink fully accessible today.
Bleach sanitizer strips available and in use.
Reminded staff about storing food 6 inches of the floor.
