-all handwash station in the production area are stocked with hot/cold water, soap and paper towel -walk in fridge near receiving are <4C -2 walk in freezers <-18C -Quats dispenser tested at >200ppm -food items are stored 6" off the ground, packaged in boxes and labelled -general sanitation is good -no pest observed during time of inspection -all equipment are clean -thermometer in all cold holding units and log book to record temperature.
