Other sanitizer (alcohol) available for common touch surfaces - handles, etc. *Walk-in cooler - no apples yet so it was turned of. *Display cooler at 2-4 deg C. *Freezer units at or below -18 deg C. *Temperature log available. *General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. *Pest control monitoring in place. **Hand sinks outside operational and provided with sanitary supplies (for U-picks).
