Corrective Action(s): Disinfect with 1000 ppm bleach solution (20 mL 5% household bleach per 1L water) after cleaning the footbaths. Violation Score: 9 220 - Non critical single use items are not discarded after use Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large purple buffer blocks are being cleaned, disinfected, and reused. Observed these large purple buffer blocks with use marks next to the cleaning sink. Some used single-use nail files were observed at the stations. Corrective Action(s): Discontinue reusing these buffer blocks. These must be discarded after use on a client. Do not keep any used single-use tools at the stations.
