Paper based inspection Report # 259319: *Kitchen used for MCC event. Otherwise this kitchen is for congregation (church members and functions) only. *Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. *Refrigeration unit registered at 1 deg C. Bottom freezer was at -18 deg C. *Large walk-in cooler used for storage only (not plugged in at time of inspection_ - bottled water and packaged drinks stored in this cooler. *Bleach available - do not use bleach with fibreguard. Use only original (plain) bleach for sanitizing surfaces. *High temp dishwasher reached 72.1 deg C at plate surface. *General sanitation was satisfactory. No signs of pests noted. *For MCC relief sale - spring roll will be made in this church and transported and cooked at TRADEX.
