Food Store Only selling only pre-packaged foods (pre-packaged ice cream, bottled milk, and other lower risk foods such as chips, pop, etc.).
No sandwiches offered for sale today. Coffee is dispensed automatically to customer. Filter on water supply is changed frequently (as per manufacturer's specifications).
Cooler for storage of milk is at 4 C / 40 F (thermostat set to 37 C). Provide additional thermometer inside of this cooler to verify temperatures.
Freezer for ice cream is at -18 C.
Washroom has liquid soap and hand dryer.
Double sink at front area has liquid soap and paper towels. Provide a dispenser for the paper towels.
Sanitizer - label advises to use 1 pump of sanitizer (15 mL) in 30 Litres of water. If filling spray bottle (about 750mL), use about 2mL of concentrated sanitizer per litre and make fresh daily.
Use fresh, clean wiping cloth to wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry counters and surfaces.
