Observation: Mouse droppings noted through out the department in corners and hard to reach areas. No droppings noted on food contact surfaces at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Pest control service noted as semi-monthly however more frequent during increased activity - reviewed last 2 PC reports Jan 28 and Feb 2, 2022.

Some sanitation recommendations noted on both reports - nothing specifically identifying the Bakery department. Ensure PC focus on activity areas.

Clean all droppings and monitor high activity areas - report these areas to PC.
