Comments

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Proper cooling discussed (ice bath). General sanitation was satisfactory.
