50 ppm chlorine was detected in dishwasher final rinse. Test strips present for monitoring.
Bleach sanitizer present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
General sanitation of premises is excellent

Required repairs:
1. 3rd door of prep cooler - seal falling off door
2. back 2 comp sink right of dishwasher missing hot water facet handle.
