Follow up for storage room and for cockroach infestation in kitchen.

Items Corrected:
- Pest proof containers obtained for buns and chips
- Items have been relocated up off floors
- Rodent droppings cleaned from floor
- Pest Control Records provided to inspector today
- Backdoor closed during inspection

ITEMS TO CORRECT:
- Milk crates observed in storage unit. All milk crates and pallets are to be removed and replaced with proper shelving units. Milk crates are not acceptable as they do not allow for easy cleaning.
- Some remaining chemicals stored on floors. Ensure ALL items are up off floors to enable ease of cleaning and monitoring of pests
- Ensure floors are routinely cleaned. Keeping floors cleaned aids Pest Technician in determining extent of rodent infestation.

NOTE: Pest Control records did not provide any additional information. Neither recommendations, treatment for cockroaches (bait application dates) nor services provided were on the Invoice. Health inspector to return for updates to cockroach treatments. If facility does not undergo treatment for cockroaches facility may receive fines or be issued a CLOSURE ORDER.
