General Comments:
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- All coolers at 4 degrees Celsius or lower (walk-in cooler, 3 upright coolers, and a prep cooler)
- Walk-in freezer at -18 degrees Celsius or lower
- Hot holding units at 60 degrees Celsius or higher (for fries, fried chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes, and corn)
- Low temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle at 100 ppm at plate level
- Smart Power sink and surface cleaner sanitizer at 1875 ppm lactic acid at dispenser
- Food storage is 6" above the floor, with lids, stock observed to have expiry date sticker
- No signs of pest infestation
- Washroom is kept in sanitary condition and hand sink is fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and hand dryer for customers.
- All staff on-site have FoodSafe Level 1 certification
