Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Staff were seen handling food and not wearing proper attire, etc., and this is unsanitary practise as it can lead to cross contamination issues

Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (* Hand sink in kitchen was broken so there was no available hand sink in kitchen for purposes of hand washing and staff were using 2-compartment sink instead; this is unacceptable practise and sink must be working properly at all times for easy access to hand washing sink for staff to properly hand wash; soap and paper towels were missing at this sink too)

* Hand washing station in kitchen was repaired and working with hot and cold running water and adequate soap and paper towels
* Some organization was done in kitchen areas; continue organizing all storage areas to maintain sanitary conditions
* Update cleaning monitoring records (daily, weekly, monthly)
* Note: staff to wear proper attire and hair protection while handling food to protect food from contamination
* Follow up inspection to be completed
