Observation: Massive pest infestation observed in the premises. Thousands of droppings observed throughout the premises, especially in all food peparation/food storage areas. Droppings observed in the dining area and back room area where ice machine is located.
Corrective Action(s): Hire a competant pest control company. Ensure the company does a survey to identify and seal all access points to the establishment.
