Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS Sanitizer solution in spray bottle measured at 50ppm. Ensure QUATS sanitizer solution is 200ppm to achieve adequate sanitizing of food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Remind staff to change solution frequently and to check concentration using test strips. New solution measured at 200ppm.

Routine Inspection conducted:
- Hand washing station equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing
- Meat grinder kept in cooler, clean & sanitized at least 3-4 times a day and fully dismantled every night. Bandsaw and slicer sanitized 3-4 / day and fully dismantled every night.
- Walk in cooler and display coolers at 4C>
- Walk in freezer at -20.7C
- Temperature records maintained daily
- General sanitation of facility is satisfactory
