Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 18 4L jugs of milk/cream/half & half dairy products noted in 2 door undercounter dairy cooler at 13 C ambient temp and 11 C probed temp (3 different milk jugs probed)
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all PHFs (dairy products) are maintained at or below 4 C. All products were placed in cooler at start of the day which has been over 4 hours. Discard all milk products and any other PHFs from this cooler. Do not use this cooler to store PHFs until it can maintain a safe temperature of 4 C or less. Once cooler has been repaired contact Fraser Health. EHO business card provided.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back room handsink has no soap available (dispenser empty) and paper towel dispenser out of batteries - paper roll available on top of cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Ideally soap and paper towel are in functioning dispensers within arms reach of handsink. Also do not block sink or fill sink with anything - only use sink for handwashing.
