Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispensers observed to be empty and no paper towels were available near two of the hand sinks (washroom, front sink).
Corrective Action(s): Rolls of paper towels were placed near hand washing sinks during inspection, including washroom sink. Ensure that at all times, all hand washing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels to facilitate proper hand washing. Note: Front hand sink is a designated hand washing station as per the approved floor plans and must be properly supplied at all times, regardless of whether or not staff choose to wash their hands at another sink. Proper splash guard(s) to be in place where splashing water may potentially contaminate food and/or food contact surfaces.

- Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
- No hot holding.
- Thermometers in place for coolers. Raw animal products (e.g. chicken) are not stored above ready-to-eat items in coolers.
- Probe thermometer with sanitizing wipes available for internal food temperature checks.
- Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine.
- Equipment and utensils such as slicers and graters are maintained in sanitary condition.
- Three compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water. Detergent, bleach, and sink plugs available.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
