Comments

- Warehouse has added a small retail area in front area of facility. Pre-packaged, shelf-stable food items only.
- Hand sink in repackaging area and in washroom properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in spray bottle
- Repackaging of dry food items only - items are not perishable and only have best before dates - not expiry dates.
- Walk-in freezer at -23C. Walk-in cooler at 1C. Both units only storing non-potentially hazardous foods. *Reminder that freezer must be defrosted regularly to prevent ice build-up.
- No rodent droppings noted at time of inspection. No pigeons or pigeon droppings noted at time of inspection.
- Weekly professional pest control services in place - reports available for review. **Ensure service for flies is also provided. **Ensure to follow recommendations of pest control company.
