Observation: Baffles have grease build-up. As per sticker on the side of the hood, the last service date was in 2017.
Corrective Action(s): Get the exhaust hood serviced and clean the baffles. Have the company paste a sticker with the new service date on it.

General Comments:
Downstairs chest freezer temperature was -21 degC; Downstairs upright freezer temperature was -23 degC
Upright Kenmore freezer temperature was -23 degC; Display coolers were below 4 degC; bar coolers were locked but are only used to store alcohol during parties.
Walk-in cooler temperature was 1 degC
Dishwasher rinse temperature is 72 degC at plate level.
Handsink and washroom sinks are fully equipped. PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS IN A DISPENSER AT THE BAR SINK.
200ppm bleach sanitizer is available for use.
