- Ingredients in the inserts reached approximately 8-10C; staff stated that the inserts are changed every hour and that metal lids are placed on top to keep the temperature down; please monitor and keep temperatures down
- Cooler in which dips are kept is approximately 15C, but sauces are shelf stable
- Other coolers measured 4C or colder
- Freezer measured -18C or colder
- Hot held pizzas at 60C or hotter
- Handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- Good hand hygiene observed
- Sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in the spray bottle
