- Potentially hazardous foods (dairy) now stored in a separate cooler that is able to maintain 4C or below
- Mini counter top fridge cannot maintain 4C consistently, only store dairy for less than 2hours in this cooler.
>>>Time tracking is necessary. Please label when the milk/dairy are put into the mini cooler. Once 2hours is up, milk/dairy must be discarded.
- Scoops are now stored in a separate container away from the food
- No food observed stored on the ground
- Temperature log is now maintained for the two coolers that hold dairy
