- Drinks cooler, storage cooler and beverage undercounter cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Freezers (available in separate storage area) are functional and are measured at temperature between -14 to -16C
- Hot holding unit is not in use at the time of inspection
- Two compartment sink available at the back for dishwashing. NOTE: Ensure that manual warewashing steps - wash, rinse and sanitize are followed and sanitizer solution is used as 100ppm chlorine solution
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection
