- All temperatures meet health requirements
* Walk-in cooler at 4C or below
* Upright display cooler at 3C
* Walk in freezer at -16C
* Chest freezer at -18C
- Shelving has been painted so that they are smooth, easily cleanable, impervious to moisture
- Ice machines maintained in good sanitary condition
- High temperature conveyor dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (71.9C)
- Pest program in place, new Pest Control Operator servicing facility, ensure to follow recommendations


Notes:
- Renovation/ alteration planned for south bar.
- Storage room for dry goods will be completely removed to expand bar area
- Bar area will have 1 handwashing stations, 1 drink dispenser stations and commercial high temperature undercounter dishwasher
- Dry storage will be located in a different area on top level
- Ensure that plans are submitted for this renovation/ alteration.
- Ensure to construct with durable, smooth, easy to clean materials (For example, no raw/ porous wood materials for shelving)
