Premise is clean and well organized.
Observed food service over lunch, leftovers are saved if pre-packaged; open foods that have been plated but not served are discarded. Foods left out are strictly timed; lunch service occurs over 1/2 hour period and afterwards food is taken away and stored or discarded.
Fridges are <4 Celsius.
Hand sink is stocked.
No sign of pests.
Dishwasher reaches 85 Celsius on gauge and over 80 Celsius (min/max thermometer blacked out.)
Quats sanitizer was 200 ppm.
