Inspection of Peace Arch Curling Club - upstairs lounge/bar area.
Used by PACC members. At least one staff per shift has Food Safe level 1. Renew in July if expired (foodsafe.ca - refresher course).
Mainly beverages. Hot dogs to be reheated to 74 C and hot held above 60 C.
Other foods: pickled eggs and popcorn.
Any catered events - use a permitted (licensed caterer) if for the public. Call if you have any questions.
Hand sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher has a chlorine sanitizing rinse (50-100 ppm detected/ 50 ppm minimum required).
Walk in < 4 C.
