Follow Up Inspection

-All handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towel.
-Rice in the rice cookers all had an internal temperature of 60C and above - reheated in microwave to 74C
-Cooler inserts had an adequate amount of ice for the ice bath - inserts registered at 4C or below
-Paneer placed in an cooler insert with cold water after frying. Ensure paneer insert is submerged in an ice bath to facilitate. Faster cooling
Note: All foods should be cooled from 60 - 20C in 2 hours and 20 - 40 within 4 hours
-Food contact surface sanitizer in spray bottles have been properly labelled and registered at 100 ppm chlorine
-General sanitation of the food premises has improved. Ensure regular cleaning of hard to reach places. Reminder to clean the exhaust canopy to prevent the accumulation of grease
-Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored outside of dry products
