Routine Inspection of Kitchen and Bar areas including Banquet Hall

Main Bar
-Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap in bottle and single use towels; hot and cold running water.
-Recommend to have smaller soap dispenser in addition to bulk soap bottle
-Coolers <4C.
-Limes, lemons and juices kept in coolers
-Glass washer, chlorine, 50ppm.
-Chlorine sanitizer available; be sure to keep at bar for daily use

Kitchen
-Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
-Kitchen also used as a Rentable, Approved Kitchen
-Groups using this kitchen have designated, labelled and/or locked storage areas.
-Contracts and Agreements in place for each group
-Bleach available; sanitizer not made at the time of inspection as kitchen was not in active use. Ensure it is 100ppm (Recommend test strips to check).
-Dishwasher, hot water sanitizing, >71C for final rinse cycle (71.6C).
-Surfaces are generally clean and in good repair
-No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
-Grills and ventilation system free of grease
-Coolers <4C.
-Freezers <-18C.
