Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap and paper towel was available at the handsink in the back kitchen area
Corrective Action(s): - Replaced soap and paper towel at the time of inspection.
Ensure that all handsinks are fully stocked and available for handwashing at all times

Observation: - Sanitizer solution in spray bottle for food contact surfaces was too strong(greater than 400 ppm)
- Raw eggs were stored on the top shelf in storage cooler
Corrective Action(s): - Diluted the food contact surface sanitizer solution and the concentration was measured at 200ppm quats. Always follow manufacturer's directions to prepare the solution
- Store raw eggs on the bottom shelf away from ready to eat items and fruits and vegetables

Observation: The back door in the kitchen was left propped open at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): - Keep the back door closed to prevent the pests from entering. Install a screen door if you wish to leave the back door open

- Handsinks in front area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - prep cooler at back and front, upright storage coolers and drinks cooler and display coolers on the store side are less than 4C
- All freezers are functional and measured in the temperature less than -18C
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Three compartment sink is available for dishwashing
- All food stored one the store side is satisfactory
- General sanitation of premises is satisfactory
