Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted 5 pieces of Belgian waffles on the counter @ room temperature. The temperaure of the waffles was @ 17oC
Corrective Action(s): Do not put out the waffles at room temperature over 2 hours. Transferred into the cooler during the inspection. Another container of waffles was stored in the cooler @ 4oC.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The bleach water spray bottle was empty. On- going infraction.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare bleach water sanitizer in the spray bottle. Repeating of the same infractions will result in further enforcement actions taken by the health department.

Observation: The ice machine requires cleaning. Water stain spots were noted on the inner walls and well.
Corrective Action(s): Empty all ice cubes from the ice machine. Clean and sanitize the surfaces using the bleach water. Clean the inner surfaces regularly at least once a month to maintain its cleaniness. Given today to clean.
