Comments

Spoke with staff on phone to confirm about the dishwasher repair prior to this inspection.

However, dishwasher was still not repaired at this time. Spoke with the Manager on site. Repair technician had visited the facility yesterday, but had to order parts to continue with the repair.

Staff are following proper manual dishwashing procedures in the meantime. Good. Spoke with chef regarding the dishwashing procedures as well.

Ensure to contact the health inspector to notify once the dishwasher is repaired. Another follow-up inspection to be conducted.
