Routine inspection conducted.

- Temperature of walk in cooler at 3C
- Temperature of coolers at the front at or below 4C
- Hot holding units (soup, onions, mushrooms) recorded above 60C
- All hand wash stations were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- 200ppm QUATS dispenser installed at the dishwashing sink.
- Sanitizer pails available. 200 ppm QUATS and 200 ppm Bleach solution recorded.
- Vent hood was last serviced in July 2022.
- Mechanical traps were installed.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Health permit posted at the front.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.

NOTE - Prior to deep frying, the buckets of cut potatoes were stored at room temperature. Staff stated that the cut potatoes are generally kept at ambient temperature for 1-2 hours. Please follow your approved Food Safety Plan and ensure that the staff is aware not to abuse time-temperature control. It is recommended to conduct time tracking for potentially hazardous food to be stored at room temperature.

General operation and maintenance of the facility was satisfactory.
