Plastic prep table/cutting board has been cleaned and sanitized. Ensure to remove this cutting board every day and wash/sanitize in the triple sink. Fume hood has been serviced/cleaned. Good. All other areas/surfaces have been cleaned The following items are still outstanding: -Remove grease from the pans underneath the deep fryers. -Replace the old painted wooden sheet from top of the deep freezer. -Triple sink areas and back splash.
