Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] Knives and tongs observed stored with food debris in storage area. Staff placed all utensils in the dishwashing area during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all utensils after each use to remove food debris and bacteria. DO NOT STORE any utensils or equipment which is dirty in storage areas.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in kitchen observed not supplied with single-use paper towel. Staff placed paper towel roll at the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all desiganted hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel AT ALL TIMES to ensure staff are washing hands to prevent contamination of food.

Observation: Back screen door observed with multiple holes and gaps. Staff stated that a new door is on order.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace the back screen door to prevent pest entry/harbourage/breeding on site. Submit photo of replaced/repaired screen door to the health inspector via email.

- Stand-up freezers (X3) at or below -19'C
- Preparation coolers (X2) top and bottom at or below 3'C
- Display cooler storing potentially hazardous foods measured at 3'C
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Raw meat stored away from ready to eat foods
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Hand washing station in washroom and in service area observed supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Low temperature dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Bleach sanitizer in pails (X3) with wiping cloths measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
- Food handlers observed wearing hair restraints - good!
