Observation: Operator has added island tables effectively blocking off the handsink for food preparation workers -not as per approved floor plans
Corrective Action(s): Operator has proposed to install a handsink on the right side of the stove instead of removing these island tables.

Operator is to install this handsink with a paper towel dispenser, pumped soap and a splashguard to protect the open foods adjacent: 1 week's correction only here

Note: any construction must be done during off business hours -no food preparation is to occur until all construction materials are removed and surfaces sanitized

Operator will install either lockers or a lockable cabinet outside of washroom area for employees personal belongings by next week

Operator has provided the last pest control report showing rodent activity on-site caught in the mechanical traps -operator is to increase monitoring for every 2 weeks until the infestation is eradicated -provide me the next work report: eric.decastro@fraserhealth.ca

All other infractions have been corrected -maintain

NOTE repeat coded infractions of 209, 306 and 307 from last report will result in ticketing and or closure if necessary to remove the immediate risk to the public
