Corrective Action(s): Waste water cannot be disposed of using ANY of the sinks in the kitchen.

Observation: Paper towel holder at hand sink observed to be unstable when a towel is needed.
Several knives observed to be stored ina wood holding unit.
Milk crates observed being used to store items on top of.
Shatter shield covers missing in room where mop bucket is stored.
Corrective Action(s): Purchase a more durable paper towel dispenser as discussed
Remove the wood knife rack holder as discussed.
Milk crates are not suitable to be used as shelving. Remove crates and provide suitable shelving as needed.
