Routine health inspection conducted. Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C. Beverage cooler at 3 degrees C. Cold table at 3 to 4 degrees C (below) and 2 to 5 degrees C (above). Closed when not in use. Food protected from potential contamination. Hand sinks unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Three compartment sink adequately supplied (hot and cold running water, built in drain plugs, detergent, and sanitizer from dispenser at 200 ppm quats). Sanitizer in labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm quats. Equipment/utensils in sanitary condition. No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Note: Ensure areas such as floor-to-wall junctions are cleaned regularly to prevent accumulation of debris.
