Observation: 1) Several scoops or tongs for bulk items were stored in the food. 2) Bag of onion in the back and bag of carrots in the walk-in cooler as well as jars of food in the aisle shelf were all stored on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Keep scoops and tongs stored with handle outside of food. 2) Keep all food stored 6 inches off the ground.
