No potentially hazardous foods involved. - Staff washroom sink and handsink (located at entrance of packaging area) are provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels. - Cooler (Probiotics): 2 deg C - Staff wear hairnets in repackaging area. Supply of hairnets available. - Zep Alcosan (70% Isopropanol) used to sanitize surfaces and equipment in repackaging area. *Follow manufacturer's instructions for sanitizing hard surfaces in food processing plants. - General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory. - Monthly pest control services provided by Abell. Recent pest control service reports reviewed - no concerns noted. Note: Premises provides latex gloves to for staff to use. It is highly recommended that non-latex gloves are provided (e.g. vinyl, nitrile, plastic, etc) due to potential latex allergy concerns.
