Corrective Action(s): Make sure to sweep out when cleaning and to focus on cleaning the hard to reach places close to the perimeter. Do not push debris further back when you clean, instead pull it out and clean it up. Build up of food waste and debris may lead to a pest problem since there is a door present that takes you to the back of the establishment. Correction Date: 1 week. Violation Score: 3

All hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels. Public washroom is kept clean. 3 compartment sink used for manual warewashing with 200 ppm Quats used for sanitizing step. Sanitizer spray bottles with 200 ppm Quats readily available. Cooler temps are at or below 4 C. Freezer temps are at or below -18 C. Hot holding units are at or above 60 C. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
