Routine inspection
All display coolers temperature measured at or below 4C. Freezers temperature measured at or below -18C. Working thermometers noted inside units. Cooling units cleanliness maintained.
First-in First-out maintained for dairy products and milk in display coolers.
Floor is clean and maintained. Shelving are clean and maintained. Hard to reach areas behind display coolers are to be clean and maintained free of build-ups. Cooling unit ventilation grid are to be cleaned in regular basis to avoid dust build-up.
No damaged packaging, cans etc noted.

Back room:
Mice traps noted under the shelve. Ensure to clean dust and build-ups under the shelve. Unrelated items are to be removed.
Sanitizer available in spray bottles. QUAT 200 ppm noted.
Lighting is adequate.

Produce:
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C or colder. Shelve maintained clean and products stored properly. Floor is clean.
2-comp prep sink maintained. Sanitizer QUAT 200-400 ppm available. cutting boards washed and sanitized. Water melon cut and packaged on-site kept in walk in cooler at clean shelf.
Hand washing station supplied with soap and paper towels.
Ice machine is clean and maintained. Cleaning schedule is to be followed for interior part of ice maker.
Vegetable shelving observed to be clean. Containers and trays are to be washed and sanitized when sink is not in use for prep. Ensure to wash and sanitize basins of 2-comp sink after vegetable prep is complete.
Display vegetable coolers maintained. Food temp in display cooler measured at or below 4C

No obvious sign of pest activity observed. Pest managed by a pest control company.
