Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer was measured in the spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Staff setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (by diluting 1/2 teaspoon bleach in a L of water) during the inspection (Corrected). Ensure the chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100 ppm in the spray bottle to effectively sanitize surfaces. Please obtain chlorine test strips to monitor the concentration of the chlorine sanitizer on a regular basis.

Comments

Handwashing station was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Domestic cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (measured at 2 degrees C) and it was equipped with a thermometer.
Freezer component was at or below -18 degrees C. IR thermometer was available.
Double-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and sink plugs.
Residential dishwasher was available. Ware-washing was not occurring at the time of inspection.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate staff were present on shift.
Cleaning supplies and chemicals were stored separately from dry food products.
