A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers were below 4C; freezers below -18C; thermometers present; and temperatures electronically monitored .
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets, shelves, or racks.
- Repairs completed to repackaging (aka: kimichi room) room. The floor is smooth and sealed, all cracked tiles have been repaired. Be aware, if more extensive food processing is planned in the repackaging room, the floor will require to be removed and redone.
- Improvements needed to the joint between the wall and floor in the repackaging room. The sealant has peeled away.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water in the repackaging room.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles had [Cl2] of 200ppm. |
