General sanitation and maintenance of the store and kitchen are good. Handwashing stations, hot and cold holding equipment, sanitizer concentration are satisfactory. Thermometers are available. Preportioned dairy for coffee are kept on ice. Temperature log is maintained. Foodsafe certificates are posted. Garbage enclosure is well maintained. Ensure litter behind the store is picked up each morning. COVID safety plan is available onsite. The report was discussed verbally with Mukesh Khanna.
