Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units holding cold potentially hazardous items were noted at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were at -18.0C or below. Hot hold units were holding food above 60.0C. Food stored protected and off the floor. Interior of the ice machine and all food contact utensils/ equipment were noted sanitary and in good repair. QUAT sanitizer containers available and noted at 400 PPM. QUAT test strips available. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Mop bucket and mop sink noted in a sanitary condition. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. General cleanliness and organization excellent.
